Our autoship program works as follows

Pet Food Freebies has arranged for Wenaewe ® certified organic pet foods to be delivered directly to your door on the schedule that you choose. No more lugging home bags of dog food from the grocery store every week. Pet Food Freebies has started an autoship program for its customers. We offer routine deliveries in two week intervals starting with two weeks and going up to 8 weeks. To set up your autoship program, just select the type and size of the food you want from our pet food page then choose when you want it delivered from the pulldown menu.

Your first order of Wenaewe ® certified organic pet food will be processed immediately, and then three days before you're first autoship date we'll send you an email to confirm your order. On the scheduled day of your next shipment, we'll automatically bill the credit card we have on file and ship your order- that day. No orders will ship on holidays or weekends. In order to give you a full three days to respond to your email your order will ship the first workday following the weekend or holiday.


In the event you want to change your order or cancel it all together, you can just reply to the email . We want this to be as easy as possible while providing you with the convenience of never having to worry about running out of food for your dog or cat, again.

In Closing

Choose the type of Wenaewe® Certified Organic Pet Food you want and the size of the bag; either the 15lb or 30lb bag. Then select how often you wish this bag to be delivered; For example: 15 lbs Wenaewe® Adult Dog food every month. We'll send the first 15lb bag out the day we get your order and then another 15lb bag every 30 days unless you indicate otherwise. If your order is placed on the 12th and you choose monthly it will ship on the 12th every month. That's all there is to the Pet Food Freebies Autoship Program.

PLEASE NOTE: You can stop, suspend, add or delete items from your order up to 3 days out from the shipment date. A reminder email will be sent to you about your autoship six (6) days before each shipment. If we don't hear from you after sending your reminder email, your shipment will automatically go out six (6) days later (or the next available non-holiday week day) and your credit card on file will be billed the regular amount. No orders are shipped on holidays or weekends. Please set your SPAM blockers to allow email messages from: info@elderpetz.com.
