"Their Dog Seizure Free After Starting Wenaewe!" Our dog Gordon started experiencing seizures several years ago. My husband and I did a lot of reading to see what could be done and worked very closely with our veterinarian. What always seemed to perplex our veterinarian and the hospital we took our dog to, was the fact that it seemed that our dog would have these seizures almost every 8 weeks or so. It was very strange. There were times when the pattern would not be the same, but for the most part 8 weeks was the cycle. He is being treated with both Potassium Bromide and Phenobarbital. Then last Christmas my husband’s sister gave us a small bag of the Wenaewe Adult Dog Food she found at a health food store. At this point we were willing to try anything. We already had stopped giving the dog tap water. So we slowly weaned him off his IAMS and started him on your food. He had his last seizure on March 15th, 2006. At that point it had been more than 10 weeks since his last seizure. The veterinarian asked us at the time if we thought it had to do with the new food. I said he was on it too short of a time to really tell. Well now it is December and he still has not had a seizure!!! We can’t tell you how thrilled we are with your product. Last week when our dog went for his rabies shot, he usually has a seizure after any type of medication. Again, no seizure. Our veterinarian said if he doesn’t have a seizure we can discontinue the Potassium Bromide. So after 5 days we have now taken him completely off the Potassium Bromide. We are going to see how he does for a few months. If he continues to be seizure free, the veterinarian will then take him off the Phenobarbital as well.
